Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Strict No-Refund Policy on Purchased Plans

Deep Markets is an intangible, digital software service. Upon successful payment:

• Cloud compute resources, specialized AI model access, and analysis quotas are provisioned and unlocked on your account immediately.
• Because digital assets and processing infrastructure are consumed instantly upon activation, we cannot revoke or restock delivered digital services.
• Consequently, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or money-back guarantees for any reason once a plan has been purchased.

2. Subscription Cancellation Terms (Pro Monthly)

If you are subscribed to a recurring plan (e.g., Pro Monthly), you have complete freedom to cancel at any time:

• Self-Service Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account profile at /profile and clicking Cancel Plan.
• No Future Charges: Once cancelled, recurring billing stops immediately and your card will never be charged for subsequent billing cycles.
• Access Through End of Cycle: You will retain full access to all paid tools and features until the expiration date of your current active billing cycle.
• No Prorated Current-Cycle Refunds: Cancelling your recurring plan prevents future renewals, but does not provide a prorated refund for the currently active billing period already paid for.

3. Technical Duplicate Charges & Gateway Failures

The only exception to our no-refund policy is technical billing errors:

If your bank account or card was erroneously debited multiple times for a single order due to a network glitch, or if a payment was deducted by Razorpay but the plan failed to activate on your Deep Markets profile:

• Any verified duplicate or un-activated transaction will be refunded 100% in full.
• Refunds are credited directly to your original payment method via the Razorpay dashboard.
• Bank processing typically takes 5 to 7 business days.
